Kristine Ann Cummings is a Senior Attorney who brings nearly 15 years of family law and probate litigation experience to Turco Legal. Before joining Turco Legal, Attorney Cummings was a Partner at a prestigious Boston law firm. As a seasoned divorce and family law attorney, she manages an extensive caseload of domestic relations matters. These matters include actions for divorce, custody, child support, paternity, and guardianship as well as premarital and postnuptial agreements. A zealous advocate, she prosecutes as well as defends restraining order cases.
A Certified Financial Litigator with Experience in Complex Financial Matters
Attorney Cummings is a Certified Financial Litigator (“CFL”), having obtained her certification from the American Academy of Financial Litigation. Given her CFL designation and advanced training, Attorney Cummings manages cases involving complex financial matters and tax issues. These issues include business and asset valuation, stock options, as well as alimony and child support payments structured for tax deductibility. She has also managed cases with capital gains tax issues. Given her broad-ranging case experience, Attorney Cummings is skilled at working with various financial experts, such as business valuation experts and real estate appraisers.
