Lyndsey Schall, Esq.
Associate Attorney I
Attorney Lyndsey Schall is a family law litigator who represents clients in divorce, marital asset division, alimony, child support, child custody, paternity, and guardianship matters. She also manages contempt actions and post-judgment modifications, representing her clients’ evolving needs.
A Personal Connection to Family Law
A personal experience sparked Attorney Schall’s interest in the law. Attorney Schall worked as a sleep-away camp counselor during college. There, she met a shy and quiet camper with whom she connected. Having taken this camper under her wing, Schall learned that the camper’s parents were going through a contentious divorce and custody battle. This experience struck Schall and ultimately laid the foundation for her career in family law.
Passionate About Advocating for Those in Need
Schall is especially passionate about advocating for those who may not fully understand the judicial system, ensuring they have a voice in family law matters. This passion is rooted in experiences she had first as an undergraduate student and then as a law student.
During her undergraduate studies, Schall interned in the victim-witness program at the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office in New Jersey. Through this experience, she witnessed individuals navigating the complexities of the legal system—filing for temporary restraining orders, fighting for custody, and representing themselves in family court. Despite their confusion or lack of knowledge about the legal process, many of these individuals were determined to fight for their rights and be heard. Their resilience inspired Schall and solidified her desire to pursue family law.
Later, at New England Law | Boston, Schall decided to immerse herself in all aspects of family law. She focused her coursework on the practice area—enrolling in classes that included “Children and the Law,” “Family Law,” “Estate Planning,” “Wills,” and “Sexual Violence in the Law”—and participated in the Public Interest Clinic, where she assisted with divorce and custody cases. The more Schall learned, the stronger her passion for advocating for families and individuals in difficult family law situations grew.

By providing reduced-fee legal services to eligible clients, we strive to increase access to justice for those navigating some of the most challenging times of their lives.
