Senior Attorney II

Compassionate Advocacy and Strategic Family Law Representation

Zoë Martin is a family law attorney whose practice focuses on helping individuals navigate divorce and complex family law matters. She represents clients in cases involving child custody, parenting arrangements, child support, post-divorce modifications, and the division of substantial marital assets.

Zoë understands that family law matters often involve difficult decisions with lasting personal and financial consequences. She approaches each case with compassion, careful preparation, and a commitment to understanding her clients’ individual circumstances.

Recognizing that no two families face the same challenges, Zoë develops practical legal strategies that reflect each client’s needs and priorities. Her approach combines thoughtful communication, creative problem-solving, and dedicated advocacy to help clients pursue meaningful resolutions.

Experience in Complex Divorce and Family Law Matters

Throughout her legal career, Zoë has represented clients in a variety of challenging domestic relations matters, including contested custody disputes, financial support arrangements, modifications, and complex property division.

Her experience includes negotiating agreements involving complex marital assets, developing parenting arrangements that address the needs of children and families, and resolving contentious post-divorce disputes.

Zoë understands that family law cases often require balancing legal considerations with practical realities. Whether addressing financial concerns, parenting responsibilities, or changes in family circumstances, she works to identify solutions that protect her clients’ interests and provide a foundation for moving forward.

A Background Rooted in Supporting Individuals and Families

Before concentrating her practice on divorce and family law, Zoë gained experience advocating for individuals and families facing difficult circumstances.

She previously worked as an advocate for a domestic violence shelter and as a case manager for an organization dedicated to helping families affected by abuse, neglect, and homelessness secure safe and stable living environments.

These experiences provided Zoë with valuable insight into the personal challenges that can accompany family disputes. They continue to inform her approach to client representation, particularly when matters involve sensitive family dynamics, safety concerns, and the well-being of children.

Her background reinforces her commitment to treating every client with empathy, respect, and individualized attention.
