Managing Cases as a Team is a Better Approach

It would be difficult to argue that an individual approach is better than a team approach.  While there’s no shame in the solo practice of law, the fact is that, when the experiences and knowledge of a legal team—including multiple lawyers and staff—are applied to a problem, you get a more thoughtful solution.  By and far, most lawyers are sole practitioners, many even working without the assistance of support staff.  All of our attorneys have experienced this type of practice, each of us working on our own at one point.  We all agree that when more resources, experience and knowledge are readily available, addressing the issue at hand can be done more efficiently and effectively. So, when dealing with any case, we all act as resources to each other, routinely troubleshooting cases as a group to develop the best possible strategies.
